You retain ownership of the content you post on the Site. For website development projects, a payment of 50% of the total project cost is required at the starting stage. The remaining 50% is due upon project completion, before the final handover of the site. For design and graphics design services, and advertising marketing services, payment should be made initially at 100% of the total cost. Please note that no refunds will be issued for website development projects or advertising services once initiated.

Once the site is created and delivered, if any third-party updates or changes are made to the site, we are not responsible for any issues that may arise. Any modifications or updates done by third parties are outside our control, and we cannot guarantee the functionality or integrity of the site post such changes.

In no event shall MEDIAMARAN, its officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages whatsoever arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, and whether or not we are advised of the possibility of such damages.

You are responsible for any taxes, including goods and services tax (GST), or duties associated with the sale of the services provided to you (other than taxes on our income). All fees are exclusive of such taxes, and they will be added to your invoice at the appropriate rate.
